Choosing the Right Worklab Meeting Room for YOU

Here, we’ve listed out each of our on-site rooms, the type of meetings they best suit, along with each room’s highlights and amenities.
Think Tank
As the central “hub” of Worklab, the Think Tank is a great room for strategic meetings, brainstorming sessions, Zoom Room calls, and meetings which are on a tight agenda. As an internal room within Worklab, the Think Tank is a distraction-free zone, allowing you and your guests to truly hone in on what is important and accomplish those deliverables.
With whiteboards lining the walls, wireless presentation technology, conference phone capabilities, and a flexible room set-up - your meeting is sure to be a productive one.
The Think Tank comfortably fits up to 15 guests and can be set to your desired configuration; it comes fully stocked with meeting supplies, and of course, endless coffee!
The Think Tank is also the home base for our Zoom Room, which allows you to engage in your virtual meetings stress and distraction-free. With consistent lighting and internet connection, your video and sound quality is sure to stand apart from the rest - resulting in your best virtual meeting yet!
The Summit Room
As the mothership of meeting rooms here at Worklab, The Summit Room is our largest onsite meeting space, accommodating upwards of 35 guests.
The Summit Room is lined with windows, providing TONS of natural light and gorgeous views of downtown Grand Rapids. Additionally, the Summit Room is equipped with wireless presentation technology, conference phone capabilities, a large whiteboard wall, all the meeting supplies you may need, as well as ample window, and wall space to hang flip-charts and post-its.
The Summit Room is a great choice for team building activities, innovation meetings, information sharing, and keynote presentations, as well as workshops and idea generation sessions.
With ample space, the Summit Room allows you to configure the room in whichever way best suits your agenda ie. pods for team building, classroom style for keynotes, soft seating for workshops, etc.; while inspiring downtown views and natural lighting will keep creative juices and ideas flowing throughout the day.
The Bunker Room
Referred to as our “war room”, the Bunker Room is our smallest on-site meeting room, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests.
The Bunker Room is great for small team meetings, one-on-ones, action reviews, as well as small group work sessions - it’s the perfect space for a heads-down, get’er done mentality.
The Bunker room comes equipped with presentation technology, sitting to standing desks, a large whiteboard, natural lighting, soft seating, and of course, meeting supplies.
The Signature Room
Last but definitely not least is our stunning, on-site boardroom, the Signature Room.
Lined with floor-to-ceiling windows, stunning views of downtown Grand Rapids and the LOVE sign, and beautifully crafted with state of the art lighting fixtures and furniture, the Signature Room is a crowd favorite. The room comes fully equipped with meeting supplies, wireless presentation technology, video and phone conferencing capabilities, executive-style seating, a whiteboard lined back wall, as well as mints and chocolate - because we believe the details matter.
The Signature Room comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is best for board meetings (duh!), quarterly reviews, formal panel/group interviews, as well as sales meetings and pitches - the room is sure to impress even the toughest client!
