  • To book a meeting you can fill out the form right on our meeting room page or give us a call and our team can help you determine the best room and package for your needs.

  • The meeting deposit is non-refundable. However we’d be happy to apply it towards a future meeting scheduled within the next calendar year.

  • The meeting rental includes all of the following:

    • AV

    • Whiteboard and markers

    • Fiber internet

    • Coffee and water set up in the meeting room

    • Unlimited snacks and sparkling beverages in the cafe

    • Complimentary meeting room supplies

    • Meeting host to assist with any questions that may come up during the day

  • In Ada, there is free public parking available.

    In Downtown Grand Rapids, there is street parking along with multiple parking ramps nearby. Parking vouchers are available upon request as an optional add-on.
