Worklab presents a dynamic 6-month program for transformational growth of both your inner (leader) and outer (business) game. Curated by AG Collaborative + Laurel & Co., this experience joins 15 leaders for real work in critical areas. Investing in you and your business will produce tangible results – better positioning you to create growth, sustainability, and a thriving team.

For one full day each month, you will experience unique facilitation, hands-on learning, and connection with fellow business owners. After every session, you’ll walk away with tangible and actionable items to use immediately in your business. Here are the session topics we have planned for you:

  • Sharpen your mission, vision, and values to be truly foundational for your business and reflect your personal purpose
  • Achieve your long-term vision and short-term objectives by creating and using goals in a whole new way
  • (Re)Construct an efficient, right-sized infrastructure; and get comfortable with addressing your inherent business risks
  • Build a people strategy to increase retention, improve performance, and sustain a healthy culture
  • Reimagine how to give an exceptional customer experience -- the best way to gain a competitive advantage
  • Tell your business story with the right numbers and measures, then come full circle with an easy eval process to keep moving your business forward
  • Define who you are as a leader by identifying and leveraging your gifts, values, and purpose
  • Utilize StrengthsFinder assessment to identify your key strengths and how to use these as a means to lead, guide and develop your team
  • Develop strategies and practices to maximize your team with greater effectiveness in communication, feedback, and execution

Participants are invited to access these additional opportunities:

  • Individual, tailored business or leadership coaching packages (6 sessions) are available so participants may work directly with facilitators throughout the program.
  • Alumni Experience - The cohorts will continue to be provided with structured opportunities to stay engaged with the group and use this intentional community as a sounding board, a place to share ideas or best practices, build connections, and be further resourced with the ability to participate in future seminars, workshops, and coaching. (Available for a small monthly investment investment of $99 per month.)

Abbey earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hope College in Holland MI, and her Masters in Communications and Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University, Spokane WA. Abbey lives in the four-season town of Holland Michigan with her Irish born and bred husband, JJ. When she isn’t working she likes to be traveling, hiking, and enjoying meals with friends.

Greg is a Longhorn, Founders mug clubber, Enneagram NINE, and 1-time triathlete that maintains a struggling mindfulness practice. With a background and training in counseling, pastoral ministry, coaching, and leadership he loves working with people. He has baptized them, married them and buried them — counseled, consulted, advised, and coached them. Through wisdom, vulnerability, humor, and a dash of irreverence he wakes up each day to connect deeply with people and join them in their journey of aliveness.
