1. Membership & Use of Space

Worklab provides coworking space, meeting rooms, and related business services to members and approved guests. Members agree to use the space professionally, respectfully, and in a manner that does not disrupt other members.

Worklab reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or access to the space for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

2. Payments & Billing

Membership fees, meeting room bookings, and additional services are billed according to the selected plan or agreement. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Worklab reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Members and guests assume all risks associated with use of the coworking space and facilities.

Worklab is not responsible for:

• Personal injury

• Lost, stolen, or damaged property

• Business interruption

• Technical or internet disruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worklab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facilities or services.

4. Internet & Technology

Internet access is provided as a convenience. Worklab does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure connectivity and is not responsible for data loss or security breaches.

Members are responsible for protecting their own devices and information.

5. Privacy

Worklab collects basic contact and billing information necessary to manage memberships, bookings, and communications.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

By providing your mobile number during membership signup, event registration, or other opt-in process, you consent to receive SMS messages from Worklab regarding:
